Job Responsibility of a Captain:
1)Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her.
2)Role & Responsibilities Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly.
3) Outlet Staff duty roster of service staff. Cost control, Training Maintaining SOP for quality.
4)Should able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sale Guest interaction.
5) Addressing guest requirement.
6) Reporting to outlet manager on duty.
8) Daily staff briefing taking & staff grooming checking.
9) Making a note of out let all inventory.
10) Menu discussion with waiters for promoting sales of product.
