Above Supervisor post this executive rank help on operation on F&B Service outlets. 

Responsibility:

1)Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her. 

2)Role & Responsibilities Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly with supervisor & staffs.

3) Outlet Staff duty roster of service staff with Supervisor. Cost control, Training, Maintaining SOP for quality. 

4)Should able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sale Guest interaction.

5) outlet sales promotions planning.

6) Reporting to outlet manager / F&B Manager on duty.

8) Daily sales report making.

9) Making a note of out let maintenance.

10) Menu updating with Chef.

11) Looking after safety of outlet.
